These terms and conditions govern the use of the website navynorix.com and the services offered by Navynorix BV.

Navynorix operates a digital crowdfunding platform on which investors can participate in real estate projects located in Belgium. The website navynorix.com is an informative and marketing interface and does not in itself constitute an investment offer.
3. Access and use
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity. You may use the website solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms, Belgian law and applicable financial regulation (FSMA, ECSP).
4. Intellectual property
All content on navynorix.com (text, logos, illustrations, source code) is protected by copyright and related rights and belongs to Navynorix BV or its licensors. Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
5. Investment risks
Investing in real estate crowdfunding involves risks, including partial or total loss of capital, delays, illiquidity and market risk. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Always read the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) per project.
6. Liability
Navynorix BV makes every effort to provide accurate information but cannot be held liable for any indirect damages, loss of profit or investment losses, except in case of fraud or gross negligence.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch- and French-speaking courts of Brussels.
8. Amendments
Navynorix BV may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is always available on this page, with the date of the latest amendment.
